Your initial massage appointment at La Pae Massage Therapy is designed to provide a thorough, personalized, and therapeutic experience tailored to your individual needs. This first visit includes a comprehensive health intake and assessment conducted by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). We will review your medical history, current concerns, areas of discomfort, and treatment goals to ensure your care is safe, effective, and appropriate. Based on this assessment, a customized treatment plan will be developed to address pain, tension, injury, postural imbalances, or general wellness needs. The massage treatment may incorporate a variety of techniques depending on your goals, including therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, or targeted clinical work. Education and self-care recommendations may also be provided to support ongoing improvement between sessions. This appointment is required for all new clients and establishes the foundation for future treatments, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
